I absolutely loved the hotel facilities, from the fully equipped gym that is open 24/7 to the beautiful spa and swimming pool. The Technogym machines were brand new, making workouts a breeze. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, with the metro station just a short walk away, making transportation around the city a breeze. My partner was thrilled to have the El Corte Ingles nearby, a massive shopping center comparable to Harrod's in London. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff were always available to assist with any needs. The breakfast spread was top-notch, and the views from my room were simply breathtaking, especially in the moonlight.

The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The location in this city was convenient and had easy access to transportation and tourist attractions. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.

Hard to think of anything negative.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was excellent, really kind, and always willing to help. They made our stay enjoyable and were extremely helpful throughout. The room was clean and comfortable, allowing us to sleep really well. The hotel itself was beautiful and had a nice fitness area. The location was ideal, being only 200m from the metro station and outside of the city centre. It felt like sitting in the middle of a jungle with all the plants and flowers. Additionally, the hotel had good parking facilities and was conveniently close to the sightseeing tour buses.
