We had an amazing experience at the hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, answering all of our questions with a smile. They even assisted us when I accidentally dropped water on my phone, helping me find repair options. The hotel's location was perfect, close to Marques de Pombal Square and a subway station, making it easy for us to explore the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable and the facilities, including the pool area, were excellent. In addition, the breakfast provided was delicious, and we enjoyed sitting out on the terrace in the sunshine.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The property was exceptionally clean and beautifully presented. The facilities were fantastic, including the pool area and spa which were very relaxing. The breakfast was wonderful, offering a great selection of food. The staff went above and beyond, especially during my partner's birthday when they surprised us with a cake and bottle of champagne. The location was also great, close to shops, bars, restaurants, and easy access to the metro. The hotel had modern and spacious rooms, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely attentive and kind, always a step ahead in meeting our needs. From the moment we arrived until check-out, they made us feel special. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was of a decent size. The hotel facilities, especially the pool area, were relaxing and well-maintained. We also appreciated the convenient location near the Marquez de Pombal, where the Hop On/Off buses start, making it easy for us to explore the city. Additionally, the breakfast provided was great, and the staff in the restaurant were really kind and attentive.
