Surrounded by a hill and a river.

Well laid out and newly decorated guest rooms feature fresh decor; most come with a shower, a lovely balcony great breakfast and a balcony view.

Particularly well equipped bathrooms with assortment of great toiletries, including a courtesy kit and body cream.

Varied breakfast included.

Menu offers excellent local fare.

Welcome beverages are included in some rates.

Excellent service and an easy check-in.

Good prices for the area.

A few past guests were dissatisfied with a bit hard beds.

We had an amazing stay! The staff was helpful, and the room was great - clean, spacious, and with a comfortable bed. The hotel's location in the historic Baixa district was perfect, close to Praca do Comercio and surrounded by restaurants and shops. The breakfast offered a variety of high-quality food.

The hotel is centrally located with easy access to the metro, making it convenient for transportation. The staff are friendly, helpful, and proactive, offering great advice and recommendations. The breakfast has a good selection with fresh fruit and pastries. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-decorated.

All was perfect.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff made my 10-year wedding anniversary extra special with a complimentary welcome platter and sparkling wine. The location was perfect, just 100 meters from Pca de Comercio and 2 minutes from the Baixa-Chiado metro station. I loved being close to many cafes and souvenir shops. The cleanliness of the hotel and the excellent breakfast were definitely highlights of my stay.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, with daily room service keeping everything spotless. The location was perfect, just around the corner from a useful Metro stop and with bus and tram stops close by as well. It made it easy to explore this big and beautiful city.

The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were great. The breakfast provided was delicious, especially between 8.30-10am. The staff were friendly and helpful at the reception. this hotel offered great value for money.
